the air conditioning worked well enough. the wifi mostly did too. suppose i should be grateful for small mercies.
Location on a hill. No fun. not great when you want to get back to your room. i had to walk up a hill and i didn't enjoy that very much. no shuttle service, either.

Great Stay with Excellent Service

The on-ground staff provided really good assistance. Muhammad Suzon and his manager, Mr Iftakar Hussin, were very helpful. The reception team was also quite supportive. I appreciated the quick responses to my needs and the attention to detail.
The carpet wasn't clean upon my arrival. I suggest the hotel pay close attention to the cleanliness of the carpets.

The facilities were very good. Cleanliness was EXCELLENT throughout my stay. The hotel provides parking facilities and it is close to Haram.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. My Family Room was spacious and well-kept. Tea, coffee and water are available.

The road to go to Haram was very difficult.
